1. What This Is

By using analayer.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What analayer.com Does

analayer.com connects to your Google Analytics account and displays your data in a better format. We provide read-only access to your Google Analytics data. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

To use analayer.com:

• You must have a Google account
• You must grant us read-only access to your Google Analytics
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure

4. What You Can't Do

Don't:

• Try to hack or reverse-engineer our service
• Use the service for anything illegal
• Share your account with others
• Scrape or automate requests to our API without permission
• Try to overload our servers

5. Pricing and Payments

We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe:

• Pro: $29/month or $290/year
• Enterprise: $149/month or $1,490/year

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your dashboard. We may change prices with 30 days notice. If you don't like the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

6. Refunds

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] if you think you deserve a refund.

7. Your Data

Your Google Analytics data is yours. We access it with read-only permissions to display it to you. We cache your data for up to 5 minutes for performance reasons, then it's automatically deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store. You can revoke our access anytime through your Google account settings or by deleting your analayer account.

8. Our Rights

analayer.com (the code, design, and content) belongs to us. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute it.

9. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Google Analytics and Stripe. We're not responsible for how those services work or what they do with your data. Check their terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

You can delete your account anytime by contacting us. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If we terminate your account for violation, no refunds.

11. Service Availability

We try to keep analayer.com running 24/7, but we don't guarantee it. Sometimes things break. Sometimes we need to do maintenance. We're not liable if the service goes down.

12. Disclaimers

analayer.com is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the service. Use it at your own risk.

13. Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

15. Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes go to French courts.
